π Same-Day Dispatch
Order before midday (Brisbane time - AEST) on a weekday and your order ships the same day. Orders placed after midday, or on weekends and public holidays, ship the next business day.
All orders β domestic and international β ship with Australia Post and are fully trackable from our door to yours.
π¦πΊ Domestic Shipping
We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post. Free shipping is available on all domestic orders via AusPost Standard.
- π¦ Standard (FREE): 1β5 business days. Most East Coast (metro) customers receive their order in just 1β2 business days.
- β‘ Express: 1β2 business days. Most East Coast (metro) customers receive their order NEXT DAY.
Note:Β Deliveries to WA and regional/rural areas take longer for both Standard and Express.
π International Shipping
We've shipped close to 1,000 orders internationally, and our routes are fast and reliable. Orders leave us with Australia Post, and once your parcel lands in your country, a trusted local carrier handles final delivery β USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK, and so on. Your parcel is trackable in detail for the entire journey.
- βοΈ Standard (FREE): roughly 5-7 business days to core markets like the USA, New Zealand, the UK and much of the EU. More remote destinations can take longer. Free shipping is available via the standard option for your destination.
- β‘ Express: As fast as 3 business days. If speed matters, we recommend Express β it's a noticeably better experience. (Core Markets - delivery times to less common intl. destinations can take longer)Β
Tracking tip β :Β Once your parcel arrives in your country, enter the provided tracking number on your local carrier's website (e.g. USPS in the USA) instead of Australia Post β you'll get far more detailed, up-to-date tracking for the final leg!
π Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes set by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. π Tracking & Delivery Issues
Every shipment includes tracking, and you'll receive your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please make sure someone is available to receive your delivery, or keep an eye on tracking so you can collect promptly if the carrier leaves a notice β uncollected parcels are the most common cause of lost deliveries.
In the entire lifetime of our business, we've only ever had a handful of parcels go missing. We take shipping speed and reliability very seriously!Β
